I created a library figure for this part in Altium.  The step file did not need any offsets or anything to fit the pads perfectly.  Nice model.

It fits precisely on footprint (Circuit Studio), very nice colors. Thanks a lot.

If possible to add comments for dimensions and pitch

Looks very good and accurate. Unlike other models I had to offset it by 0.01mm in Z direction to place it right on the pads of the footprint in Altium...
