This filter unit is designed to operate at a flow rate of 120 m³/h and has an empty weight of 200 kg. It is equipped with 50 pieces of 40-inch DOE-style filter cartridges, and the sealing gaskets are made of EPDM material, ensuring reliable sealing performance under operating conditions. The cartridge configuration is optimized to meet the required filtration efficiency while accommodating the design flow rate.The filter features multiple nozzles with specified sizes and connection types: the inlet and outlet are both DN150, utilizing ASME B16.5-2013 150# WNRF flanges for connection; the vent and pressure gauge ports are DN15, with NPT 1/2" female thread connections; and the drain port is DN40, with an NPT 1-1/2" female thread connection. These nozzle specifications are standardized to ensure compatibility with industrial piping systems and facilitate easy installation, maintenance, and operation.
