The model looks great, however, in KiCad I had to make the following adjustments:
Rotation X: 90.0, Rotation Y: 0.0, Rotation Z: 90.0, Offset X: -30.2...

Model origin point is out of component body center. X:~6.6mm, Y:~-1.75mm, Z:~30.2mm
