This model is offset and rotated. I use KiCad and it was just 5 sec to position. Fits perfectly into footprint. No scaling required.

The part took extra time to center on the pads in Altium.  Some models just fall right into place very easily.

Hard to attach the model with Z-axis

Hard to align, because the origin is a way off center. Use alternative model
